PT Smart Retail - Portugal como referência para a nova geração de retalho autónomo e inteligente


The PT Smart Retail project develops technologies and new industries that will create the new generation of retail. Leveraging on AI technologies, the goal is to personalize user shopping experience by automating the retail infraestructure. This project is funded by Next Generation EU trough the Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR).

Cloak - Evading censorship by tunneling Tor traffic over WebRTC video streams


Cloak aims to help Internet users circumvent Tor blocking while preventing detection by government-controlled ISPs. It is a new Tor pluggable transport that creates covert channels by piggybacking Tor traffic within video streams of WebRTC-based web conferencing services like meet.jit.si. This project is funded by Internews.

DAnon - Supervised deanonymization of Dark Web traffic for cybercrime investigation


The DAnon project aims to advance the fight against cybercrime by developing an effective, ethical, and privacy-preserving tool to deanonymize Tor Onion Service traffic. Leveraging machine learning, it enhance traffics analysis to help law enforcement agencies identify cyber criminals without violating the privacy rights of innocent users. DAnon is an Exploratory Research Project (ERP) supported by the CMU Portugal Program under the 2021 call.

reTHINK - Trustful hyper-linked entities in dynamic networks


The main goal of the reTHINK project is to design and prototype a new, non telecom centric, but Web-centric P2P Service Architecture enabling dynamic trusted relationships among distributed applications called Hyperlinked Entities that support use-cases such as contextual and social communications, M2M/IoT and content oriented services. It was funded by the European Commission through the European Horizon 2020 Programme.
